We’re redefining how businesses move goods — and we’re looking for a Business Operations Associate who can turn ideas into execution and keep our momentum strong.

(Experience in scaling operations within an SME or startup environment is a big plus!)

What You’ll Do

Own Daily Operations – Manage and streamline internal processes, ensuring every part of our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Drive Customer Engagement – Coordinate meetings, demos, and live showcases of our AI-powered logistics solutions with enterprise clients.

Stay Financially Sharp – Handle light bookkeeping, track spending, and help maintain lean, data-driven operations.

Make Things Happen – You are the operations engine — driving execution, connecting teams, and ensuring fast responses to customers and partners

Your Growth Journey

Be part of the pioneer team to lead Malaysia’s Level 4 Autonomous Logistics movement.

You’ll help drive operations, engage enterprises, and promote AI-driven logistics — with clear growth potential into Operations or Business Development leadership as ALS scales.

The role involves regional collaboration; English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin fluency (spoken and written) is valuable for effective communication.
