ALS (Autonomous Logistic Solutions) is the team behind Malaysia’s first enterprise-grade autonomous logistics vehicle powered by AI.

We’re pioneering the future of smart mobility — transforming how industries move goods through automation, intelligence, and sustainable logistics solutions. We’re looking for an Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Field Engineer who’s ready to be hands-on in driving deployment, maintenance, and real-world operations of our autonomous logistics fleet across Malaysia. 

Direct AV experience is not mandatory. If you come from a strong engineering, automotive, mechatronics, robotics, IoT, or field-operations background, we’re ready to train you from the ground up and build the necessary skill set to succeed in the autonomous vehicle industry.

You’ll be guided through structured hands-on exposure, real-world deployments, and formal technical training — equipping you with practical AV knowledge that very few engineers in the region have today.

What You’ll Do

Deploy & Maintain – Lead vehicle setup, calibration, and testing during client demos and pilot deployments

Own Performance – Monitor system health, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth, reliable daily operations

Run Operations – You’ll be the core of our engineering and operations function — planning deliveries, scheduling maintenance, and managing on-site client engagements

Continuously Improve – Identify on-ground challenges and refine our deployment processes for efficiency and scalability

Your Growth Journey

Qualified candidates will participate in an Autonomous Vehicle Technical Workshop in China/SG, fully sponsored by ALS, to be certified as an (AV) Field Engineer — equipping you with the expertise to lead deployment and maintenance operations in Malaysia (And the region).

This role involves collaboration with regional technical teams; hence, fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is encouraged for effective technical coordination and training participation.
